Ricardo VITA
Founder & CEO of Vitae Incorporated (Vitae | Inc.)

A man that knows how to navigate the field, RICARDO VITA is a true catalyst and has the capacity to mobilize networks everywhere in the world. He obtained Bachelors and a Master’s Degrees in Literature and Languages before pursuing a Post-Graduate Degree in Commercial and International Business and Negotiations at La Sorbonne. Before founding Vitae Incorporated (Vitae | Inc.) he was an international Head Hunter at Robert Walters, a global and specialist professional recruitment consultancy. An experienced specialist in headhunting, he has recruited some of the top management executives across various international markets. Vita is also a true polyglot and is fluent in French, English, Portuguese, Spanish as well as Kikongo.

Given his personal background and love of cultures, Vita is highly devoted to promoting diversity. In 2010, he co-founded République & Diversité, a Think-and-Do Tank, which aimed at promoting all the existing diversities in France, thus putting the French Republic at the core of this cultural reflection. As part of the various activities organized for République & Diversité, he produced and executed the first International Diversity Seminar that took place at the French National Assembly on July 13, 2011. This seminar made recommendations so as to better promote diversity in France. Vita has authored several articles on diversity and recruitment, mainly for the international press.

Convinced that reinforcing link between Afro-French and African-Americans is a necessity, Ricardo Vita regularly builds bridges between them, notably through his mentor and godfather, the legendary Clarence Avant, The Black Godfather. As one of the most influential African-American personalities in the business world and politics in the United States, Vita invited Avant to France in 2008 to honor his tireless advocacy for the creation of opportunities for black people within the music industry and beyond.

With Vitae Incorporated (Vitae | Inc.), Ricardo Vita aims to put in place the necessary Talent Acquisition & Management strategies to ensure the development and success of its candidates and clients’ projects.
